This is an extensive Open Educational Resource (OER) comprising training materials designed to help you plan, create and conduct training events on Research Data Management (RDM) for agrosystem science researchers. These resources include presentation slides, presenter notes, teaching scripts with learning objectives, worksheets and a recording of an RDM training session, as well as a guide on how to create a training session. All resources are structured and described in accordance with the EduBrick concept, whereby the teaching resources are broken down into the smallest didactic unit, called 'Bricks', which can be used to create targeted learning/teaching units for training events tailored to the respective needs. To enhance reusability, all materials are provided in multiple formats and are openly licensed.

We also provide an example of how the Bricks could be used to create a four-hour online training course, including a teaching script, presentation slides, worksheets and a video recording of the training course. Intended Use

This publication includes three 7z files, each of which contains a complex folder structure with over 270 individual files. Therefore, we recommend

1. first reviewing the READ ME file, which provides information about the content and structure of the training material.
2. You can also look at the "How to Create a Training" file for detailed instructions on how to create a training using this material.
3. Then, decide which format you prefer (Microsoft Office if you want to use PowerPoint; LibreOffice if you want to use open-source solutions like LibreOffice Impress; or PDF if you want to use this format, but be aware that these don't include presentation notes).
4. Download the respective .7z file and unpack it using 7-Zip (recommended), Zip, or another suitable tool by right-clicking on the file.
5. Make sure the files are sorted by name - regardless of file type (if your system allows that). This makes it easier to navigate the folderstructure Content
