Description

This is a short R script to automatically format questions in LiaScript format, based on text in a table.

The structure of questions in the table is the same that R package GIFTr is using to format questions in GIFT format.

The example questions are from the HeFDI Selbstlerneinheit Forschungsdatenmanagement - eine Online-Einführung (HeFDI Data Learning Materials). These questions are also used in the NFDI4Biodiversity Self-Study Unit—Research Data Management for Biodiversity.

Introduction to research data managementSlides for a 60 min presentation on basic aspects of research data management. The first part discusses motivations and solutions for improved research data management specific for ecological and biodiversity data. The second part gives an overview of simple, hands-on improvements of research data management along the data life cycle. Many of the discipline specific tools and services presented in the talk are provided by the NFDI4Biodiversity consortium. Included is also an overview of generic tools and services provided by the local eResearch Center of the Philipps University of Marburg in close collaboration with the Hessian Research Data Infrastructures (HeFDI).

These sessions covered critical aspects of RDM, encompassing data collection, curation, analysis, visualization, and long-term preservation.
